Master Cleanse (The Lemonade Diet)

Mix each of the following lemonade diet ingredients into a large glass:
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Rich Maple Syrup (Grade B)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon of  Cayenne Pepper Powder – or to taste (as much as you can stand)
  • 8 ounces (250 milliliters of Pure Water)
Drink 6 - 12 glasses of this a day for the next 10 days. SIMPLE!!
Optional (for better results) Purchase an herbal tea laxative. Drink one cup before bed, Drink one cup when you wake up.

This is my third time doing this. and the results were phenomenal. It's not all about weight-loss. It's about ridding your body from all of the toxins you put in your system on a daily basis. Once your tenth day is complete, you will feel great! 

A common mistake for many, is what you do after the cycle is complete. Make sure you REALLY want to do this, because you gain weight just as fast as you lose it. Similar to money! 

Day 11-Day 14 Drink soup, broth, vegetables and fruit. 

I call this cleanse a Life Plan. Since my first successful cleanse, I have replaced rice with crackers and instead of eating a whole pizza, I just eat the toppings and replace the bread with a salad. Yes! I still do this, and my friends look at me like I'm crazy. I didn't swear off rice completely, because I'm half asian, and that's a no no. It's just too much rice and bread make me feel too full, so I'd rather enjoy my food instead of feeling guilty and lazy afterwards. You can work out during this cleanse and if you can get to day 4, then day 5-10 should be easy sailing for you. GOOD LUCK
